Family Group Conferences (FGC)  are a form of alternative dispute resolution. Families access FGC services to support them to make decisions regarding the well-being of children or other vulnerable family members where there is disagreement about the right course of action, or where communication would be best supported by a neutral party.

Village Kids is a panel provider for the Department of Communities and Justice. 

Family Group Conferencing services are available in the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and Greater Sydney.
